近代中國大學社會工作的本土化發展——以滬江大學為中心

The Localization of Social Work in Modern Chinese Universities: Focusing on the University of Shanghai

近代中國大學社會工作經歷了從學習西方教育思想，引入社會工作課程，到認識中國社會，結合實際開展社會服務的本土化發展歷程。滬江大學是中國第一個開設社會學系的大學，對社會工作在我國科學化、系統化發展具有開創性的意義。滬江開設社會學課程，教授社會學及社會工作的理論與實踐方法；指導學生進行社會調查，認識中國本土社會的實際情況；開展社會服務，改善鄉民生活與社會風氣。隨著社會工作的開展，滬江師資隊伍逐漸由中國人主導、教學內容結合中國實際增設個性化課程、強化學術與社會功能並融入中國教育體系、因時制宜實施適合中國國情的社會服務計畫，最終走向了本土化發展。

Social work in modern Chinese universities has experienced the development process from learning Western educational thoughts, introducing social work courses, to understanding Chinese society, and carrying out social services in combination with reality. The University of Shanghai is the first university in China to set up a sociology department, which is of pioneering significance for the scientific and systematic development of social work in China. With the development of social work, the teaching staff of the University of Shanghai has gradually been led by Chinese, the teaching content has been combined with China's actual conditions, personalized courses have been added, academic and social functions have been strengthened and integrated into the Chinese education system, and social service plans adapted to China's national conditions have been implemented according to the times, and finally moved towards localized development.
