| 英文摘要 |
Parkinson’s disease (PD) is both a neurodegenerative and movement disorder, with an unknown pathogenesis. Its incidence and prevalence increase with aging. Typical motor symptoms include resting tremor, rigidity, and bradykinesia, while non-motor symptoms may include depression, pain, cognitive decline, and sleep disturbances. There is no cure for PD; current medical or surgical treatments focus solely on reducing motor dysfunction symptoms. Clinical trials may provide insights into different research approaches and explore novel treatment options for PD. |
