Positive Psychological Capital(PsyCap) emphasizes viewing mental health from the perspective of enhancing individual well-being and productivity, encompassing four dimensions: Efficacy, Optimism, Hope, and Resilience. These traits help promote job satisfaction, teamwork, and the ability to cope with stress, while reducing burnout and turnover intentions. In healthcare management, the positive impact of psychological capital is significant, as employees with high psychological capital are more likely to maintain a positive attitude and innovative spirit. To foster PsyCap, managers should implement strategies such as goal setting, creating supportive environments, and encouraging personal growth to help employees strengthen their psychological capital, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare services. However, current management practices often overemphasize the allocation of material resources, neglecting the importance of psychological capital. Therefore, this systematic literature review aims to explore how systematic training and strategies can help employees cultivate psychological capital, enhance resilience, and promote the long-term stability and development of organizations. |
