The application of generative AI, particularly large language models (LLMs), brings convenience and enhances work efficiency. However, while exploring these advantages, many ethical issues and challenges related to technology and governance remain unresolved. This study primarily investigates the fundamental controversies and governance issues faced by large language models in their medical applications as generative AI. Finally, it introduces the regulatory principles and guidelines related to generative AI in Taiwan and other countries, along with potential methods to overcome related problems. |
