Establishing Draft Specifications for Certification of Professional Welder Diving Skills

水下銲接屬較特殊的專業技能，目前國內尚未建立相關專業培訓課程，本研究參採國際水下銲接訓練之課程、分類等規範，及國內相關技能檢定現況，邀集相關課程專家學者共同參與討論，編撰銲工潛水員課程之教材，試辦理國內首次職業水下銲接專業人員培訓班，建立「職業銲工潛水職類之檢定規範」草案。透過本研究建立國內「銲工潛水員」培訓課程與國際接軌之量能，包含訓練教材及技能檢定規範等，同步符合現行國際培訓條件，為國內水下銲接專業技能養成邁出第一步，期望後續透過國內銲工潛水專業檢定職類之推動，強化勞工專業能力，落實水下銲接專業技術，提升水下作業勞工安全。

Underwater welding is a relatively special professional skill. At present, no relevant training courses have been established in Taiwan R.O.C. This article refers to underwater welding training curriculum of the international standard, as well as the current status of relevant domestic skill certification specifications. Invite relevant course experts and scholars to participate in discussions and compile teaching materials for welder diver courses. Conducted thefirst training course for professional underwater welding profes-sionals in Taiwan on a trial basis, and established a draft of ''Certification Specifications for Diving Classes of Professional Welders''. By this article, the country has the capacity to introduce ''Welder Diver'' training courses in line with international standards, includ-ing the establishment of software and hardware such as training venues, teaching mate-rials, teachers, and specifications. It meets international training conditions and provides the basis for the development of domestic underwater welding professional skills. This step has been taken, and the follow-up will continue to promote the domestic welder div-ing professional certification category, strengthen the professional capabilities of labor, implement professional underwater welding technology, and improve labor safety in un-derwater operations.
