轉移性子宮頸透明細胞癌：病例報告與文獻回顧

Metastatic cervical clear cell carcinoma: a case report and literature review

子宮頸癌是目前世界上婦女癌症死因的第一位，以鱗狀上皮細胞癌為大宗。子宮頸透明細胞癌是一種罕見的子宮頸腺癌，其預後相較於子宮頸鱗狀上皮癌為差，平均復發時間為12個月。本個案為一子宮頸透明細胞癌，於治療8個月後復發。本文將藉由以下病例報告及文獻回顧，探討子宮頸透明細胞癌的疾病表現及現行治療方式。

Cervical cancer is ranks as the fourth most prevalence and a leading cause of cancer related death in women worldwide. Squamous cell carcinomas are the most common malignancies of cervix. Only 15% cervical carcinomas are adenocarcinoma. Clear cell adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix (CCAUC) is extremely rare among the cervical cancer and accounts for about 4% of all adenocarcinomas. There is lack of a standard treatment of clinical CCAUC due to its rarity. Here we present a case a metastatic cervical clear cell carcinoma. We will further describe the clinical characteristic, prognosis and current treatment of the disease.
