臺灣也有半澤直樹？銀行員視角下的金融、產業敘事

There is Hanzawa Naoki in Taiwan? The Financial and Industrial Narrative from the Perspective of Bankers

本文題名含有「半澤直樹」，乃本文研究對象，如張我軍、張文環、龍瑛宗、鄭清文、張惠信、黃國華等，除了作家身分外，銀行員是他們在職場上的主要身分，而他們作品或也有碰觸到金融、產業間的描述，甚而作品的主人公也是銀行員，就如同日本電視劇中的「半澤直樹」一般。本文即以這些作品為主要探討對象，從其題材選擇、視角呈現，乃至思想表現等，分析作品是否能展現金融與產業間彼此互依的關係為重點，就如同《半澤直樹》般。或許這些作品還無法與其等質而觀，然文學做為社會之鏡，這些作品也呈現臺灣經濟發展過程中部分的面相，值得再加以關注。

The project includes“Hanzawa Naoki”, this is the study object of this project, like Wojun Zhang, Wenhuan Zhang, Yingzong Long, Qingwen Zheng, Huixin Zhang, Guohua Huang, in addition to the identity of writer, bankers are their main identity in their work place. Their works also have touched the financial, industrial description, like the Japanese TV series“Hanzawa Naoki”, the author Iriei Ulle.This project takes these works as the main study object, and focus on the relationship of financial and industrial description, analyze the subject selection, viewing angle appearance and the thought expression. Taking“Hanzawa Naoki”as an example–a writer with banker’s identity, to observe financial and industrial operation, and present in the works, based on this kind of assumption, to analyze the above mentioned authors who can write with their profession like the author Ikeido Jun of the“Hanzawa Naoki”, and in addition to analyze Taiwan modern financial, industrial development status, and present the care of these small and medium sized enterprises. This is the major purpose of this project and also to demonstrate the main themes.
