《對外關係法》是統籌推進國內法治和涉外法治的基礎性成果。在已有學術成果的基礎上，以《對外關係法》頒佈和實施為基本背景，分析中國《對外關係法》的重要立法意義及其在對外關係法治發展進程中發揮的關鍵作用，解讀《對外關係法》在制度建設方面的守正和創新，並嘗試勾勒中國對外關係法治發展的未來圖景。

The Law on Foreign Relations of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as“The Law on Foreign Relations”) is the cornerstone of taking a coordinated approach to promoting the rule of law at home and in matters involving foreign parties. This Article will be grounded on the pre-existing academic scholarship and in reference to the promulgation and implementation of the Law on Foreign Relations to analyze profound significances of legislating the Law on Foreign Relations and the pivotal role of the Law on Foreign Relations in processes of developing the rule of law in China’s foreign relations. After interpreting how the Law on Foreign Relations upholds fundamental principles and breaks new ground in institutional building, this Article attempts to outline a vision for developing the rule of law in China’s foreign relations in the future.
