臺灣政府每年為了推動華語文教學,派遣講師到海外大學任教。筆者也曾透過臺灣政府於二○○九年到日本拓殖大學服務。本文屬於質性研究,訪談了三位同樣曾在拓殖大學任教過的臺灣籍講師,同時也融入筆者自身的經驗。訪談時的問題如下:(1)赴日教學的契機為何?(2)教育部對外派講師是否有所要求?(3)在日本教華語,和語言中心相比,有何不同?(4)您覺得在日本的教學難點是什麼?(5)給新手老師什麼樣的建議或勉勵期許本文能讓未來想赴日推廣華語教育的老師們,做為一個教學上的參考。
英文摘要
Taiwan government sends teachers to other countries to teach Chinese every year in order to promote Chinese language. I was also one of the teachers to be sent to Takushoku University in Japan in 2009. A qualitative analysis was adopted in this study. Three teachers who taught in Takushoku University before were interviewed in this case study. The interview included five questions as follows:(1)Why did you want to teach Chinese in Japan?(2)When you were teaching Chinese in Japan, did Taiwan goverment request you to do some assignments ?(3)When you were teaching Chinese in Japan, what was the difference of education between Japan and Taiwan ?(4)Was there any trouble when you wrere teaching Chinese in Japan?(5)Do you have any suggestion for the future Chinese teachers who want to teach abroad ? Hopefully, this paper can provide brief introduction of the present Chinese education in Japan.
