This study aimed to explore the status quo and relationship between coach leadership behavior as perceived by collegiate athletes and leadership effectiveness. The study subjects were the members of the sports team on colleges, from which 837 were randomly selected for questionnaire. The data provided by the questionnaire forms were statistically processed and analyzed to produce the following important conclusions: First, collegiate athletes had high perceptions of coach leadership behavior and leadership effectiveness. Secondly, the coach leadership behavior and leadership effectiveness at collegiate athletes significantly differed due to teachers' varied attributes. Thirdly, the coach leadership behavior and leadership effectiveness at collegiate athletes exhibited a high correlation, among both had varying degrees of influence. |
