大專校院運動員教練領導行為與領導效能知覺之研究

A Correlation Study of Coach Leadership Behavior and Leadership Effectiveness as Perceived by Collegiate Athletes

本研究旨在透過問卷調查方式，探討大專校院運動員知覺教練領導行為與領導效能的現況、差異及關係。為達成研究目的，以全國各大專校院運動代表隊成員為研究對象，並從中隨機抽取850位進行問卷施測，計回收有效問卷837份。問卷調查所得資料經統計處理及分析後，得到幾個重要結論：(1)大專運動選手普遍具有高度教練領導行為知覺與領導效能知覺；(2)大專運動選手的教練領導行為與領導效能知覺因背景變項不同而有差異；(3)教練領導行為與領導效能關係密切，且具有不同程度的影響力。

This study aimed to explore the status quo and relationship between coach leadership behavior as perceived by collegiate athletes and leadership effectiveness. The study subjects were the members of the sports team on colleges, from which 837 were randomly selected for questionnaire. The data provided by the questionnaire forms were statistically processed and analyzed to produce the following important conclusions: First, collegiate athletes had high perceptions of coach leadership behavior and leadership effectiveness. Secondly, the coach leadership behavior and leadership effectiveness at collegiate athletes significantly differed due to teachers' varied attributes. Thirdly, the coach leadership behavior and leadership effectiveness at collegiate athletes exhibited a high correlation, among both had varying degrees of influence.
