2022年台灣直轄市長、縣市長選舉及選舉後之局勢（The 2022 Mayoral and County Magistrate Elections in Taiwan and the Post-Election Situation）

2022年台湾直轄市、県市長選挙と選挙後の局面

2022年11月26日台灣舉行中華民國地方公職人員選舉，其中，直轄市長與縣市長選舉備受各界矚目。此役被視為蔡英文政府第二任期的期中考試，也被視為2024年總統大選的前哨戰。這次選舉充斥著負面競選，主要有五大負面競選議題，分別是論文抄襲案、晶華緋聞案、疫苗合約黑箱、黑金政治，以及涉詐公帑案。這次選舉結果，多位地方首長順利連任。在民進黨方面，因諸多負面攻擊而受到傷害，再加上大環境對民進黨不利等因素，最後以大敗收場。反觀國民黨則是此役最大贏家，至於由時任台北市長柯文哲領軍的台灣民眾黨，表現尚可。此次選舉結果形成縣市長的政治版圖為藍擴大、綠縮小、白軍佔有一席之地，藍、綠、白的勢力消長將影響著台灣政黨政治的持續與變遷。
The Taiwanese local elections for the Republic of China were held on November 26, 2022, where the elections of mayors and county magistrates obtained high levels of public attention from all sectors. The campaign was seen as a midterm exam for the second term of Tsai’s administration and a prelude to the 2024 presidential election. The election was flooded with negative campaign news with five major issues occurring, namely, the case of thesis plagiarism, the Jinghua scandal, the“black box”of vaccine contracts, dark money politics, and fraud in the public sector. This election resulted in the successful re-election of several local officials. The Democratic Progressive Party was negatively affected by several attacks during the campaigns and additionally faced an unfavorable general environment. The party ultimately concluded the election with a heavy defeat. In contrast, the Kuomintang was the biggest winner in this campaign. The Taiwan People’s Party, which was led by the then Taipei mayor Ko Wen-je, had an acceptable performance. The political map of the county magistrates formed after the election is as follows: the Kuomintang expanded, the Democratic Progressive Party shrunk, and the Taiwan People’s Party has a seat. The fluctuations in power between the Blue, Green, and White parties will affect the continuation and evolution of Taiwan politics.

2022年11月26日、台湾では統一地方選挙が実施され、直轄市長と県市の首長選挙が各界の注目を集めた。第2次蔡英文政権の中間試験とみなされ、2024年総統選挙の前哨戦と位置づけられた同選挙は、論文不正スキャンダル、晶華スキャンダル、不透明なワクチン契約、汚職政治、公金の横領という5つのネガティブキャンペーンが話題となった。今回の選挙では、現職地方首長の多くが再選を果たしたが、民進党についてみると、様々な攻撃のダメージに加え、選挙に不利な環境も要因となり惨敗した。国民党は最大の勝者となり、柯文哲・台北市長（当時）率いる台湾民衆党のパフォーマンスも目を見張るものがあった。県市首長の政治的勢力図は、国民党の拡大、民進党の縮小、台湾民衆党の1ポスト獲得となり、台湾民衆党の躍進の如何が台湾の政党政治の持続と変遷に影響を与えることになるだろう。
