The COVID-19 epidemic has spread on a large scale around the world since the outbreak in 2019, and due to the continuous mutation of the virus, the number of infections and casualties is still increasing day by day; The COVID-19 is a crisis that can be deal with as a whole with cross-unit integration and cooperation for the colleges. The burden of epidemic investigation, tracking, prevention and treatment in colleges is heavily burdened on school staff, In addition to the business themself, they also takes a lot of extra time to handle the huge business related to COVID, making the staff on campus stressful. The purpose of this study is to investigate how colleges divide the structure of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention organization on campus, and what are the main sources of pressure during the implementation of central policies and campus epidemic prevention. Learn why the pressure source of the main responsibility unit on campus through the architecture of the epidemic prevention organization is discussed, this study found that the main pressure source of the staff of the campus prevention during the epidemic period was the problem of lack of labor and responsibilities in the school unit after the sudden workload and emotional labor. Therefore, this study suggested that: 1. The central government can subsidize schools to recruit additional manpower to assist in epidemic prevention during the epidemic prevention period. 2. Guiding schools to raise the level of the convener of the epidemic prevention team or the chief of epidemic prevention, so as to properly carry out the integration and division of labor among various units.3. The central government should make clear and rapid policy announcements, and provide a very complete and professional consultation channel. |
