Due to the development of globalization, spatial-temporal, gover¬nance, and institutional changes have had an impact on local values. It is crucial to understand the impact of globalization on local education policies. This article aims to explore the influence of globalization on Tai¬wan’s childcare policies, the implications and reduction the marketiza¬tion of early. This article aims to explore the integration and implementa¬tion to reduce the marketization of early childhood education policies in response to suggestions from international organizations for improving the quality of early childhood education in Taiwan, as well as the result¬ing implications. By using literature analysis, the author first reviews the concept and development of globalization theory. Then, the author ana¬lyzes the context of Taiwan’s childcare policies change toward low-mar¬ketization, and investigates the challenges of facilities and educator train¬ing for the integration of the education and social welfare system. The results indicate that, there still exists a rebound effect on the integration of pre-school educators after globalization on a local level. Finally, the author proposes suggestions for how to support educators with sufficient knowledge, attitudes, and competencies to provide quality and efficient educational services. |
