教育改革的重點在於課程改革，課程改革的關鍵在於教師班級教學設計與實踐。隨著課程改革行動方案的實施，教師在班級教學中教學方法的採用是否有所不同，其對於教育改革政策具有什麼意義，值得給予高度關注。本文的重點在於透過文獻探討與趨勢分析，論述官方與民間團體推動教育改革運動與發展，以教師教學方法實踐與改變為例，說明不同階段教育改革有關教學方法的主張與轉變，並進而提出處方性的建議。

The focus of education reform lies in curriculum reform, and the key to curriculum reform lies in teachers' class teaching design and practice. With the implementation of the curriculum reform action plan, whether teachers use different teaching methods in class teaching, and what are their implications for education reform policies? meaning, deserves attention. The focus of this article is to discuss the movement and development of education reforms promoted by officials and civil society through literature research and trend analysis, use teachers' teaching methods to practice and change, explain the propositions and changes of teaching methods in different stages of education reform, and then propose prescription suggestion.
