一位少年觀護所收容少女出所後生活適應之研究

Life Adjustment of a Female Teenager Transition from Juvenile Detention Facility to Community

本研究採取個案研究的方式，以訪談方法針對曾收容於少觀所之17歲少女進行個案研究，以了解犯罪少女離開少年觀護所後的生活適應歷程，以生態系統理論觀點進行分析，根據研究結果提供未來結束觀護所收容後續輔導服務之參考。研究建議包括：1. 針對少觀所出所少年提供後續追蹤輔導服務，並關注家庭關係修復；2. 強化少年觀護所鑑別功能；3. 落實跨領域單位之網絡合作與分工。

The purpose of this case study was to explore the life adjustment of a female teenager transition from juvenile detention facility to community. The interview method was conducted after a female teenager aged 17. Based on these data by ecological system model, there are some suggestions to future policy, including: (1). Provide statutory follow-up services for the juveniles from the juvenile detention facility; (2). Strengthen the identification function of the juvenile detention facility; (3). Implement the cooperation of the juvenile guidance network system.
