英文摘要 |
The aim of this course design was to expose students to a context-aware ubiquitous learning environment with the support of problem-based learning (PBL) and student-centered pedagogy. A total of 30 students participated in the study for a 12-week teaching experiment. The research instruments included pre and post-oral tests, a survey questionnaire, and interviews. The findings of the study show that significant improvements were achieved on students’ listening and speaking learning outcomes, with more confidence, interest, and satisfaction. Echoing the quantitative results, benefits of the activity were also elicited in the interview. Finally, suggestions for teachers and students interested in this educational design are also provided. |
