我們呈現了一個停經後婦女因為陰道有水狀分泌物而求診的病例，經過標準治療，最後診斷是一原發性輸卵管癌。停經後有陰道分泌物的婦女門診十分常見，基本檢查包括內診、子宮頸抹片檢查、超音波檢查等需完備，才不會疏漏了潛在的疾病。

In this article we presented a case of postmenopausal woman with vaginal watery discharge. After complete evaluation and standard treatment, she was diagnosed with primary fallopian tube cancer. Vaginal discharge is a common complaint among postmenopausal women. A complete evaluation, including pervaginal examination, papanicolaou smear, and ultrasound examination should be performed, so one will not miss the diagnosis.
