臺灣蒙特梭利幼兒園教保服務人員發展合宜實務的信念與實踐

Taiwan Montessori Preschool Teachers' Beliefs and Practices Regarding Developmentally Appropriate Practices

本研究目的旨在探究臺灣蒙特梭利幼兒園教保服務人員發展合宜實務現況及影響信念與實踐的因素，以量化問卷調查方式為研究方法，參與的研究對象共有212位蒙特梭利幼兒園教保服務人員，包含臺北市、新北市、新竹、臺中、彰化、南投、臺南、高雄、宜蘭與花蓮等地區的蒙特梭利幼兒園。研究結果顯示，（一）臺灣蒙特梭利幼兒園教保服務人員發展合宜實務現況是，整體蒙特梭利教保服務人員是符合發展合宜實務的的信念與實踐的；（二）蒙特梭利教保服務人員的幼教專業背景影響其發展合宜實務的信念，而教學年資則影響他們發展合宜實務的實踐，其他個人背景因素則沒有顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to examine the current situation of Montessori preschool teachers' development appropriate practices and factors of personal background influencing their beliefs and practices. It was conducted by means of a quantitative questionnaires survey, with 212Montessori teachers participating in the study, including preschools in Taipei, New Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Yilan, and Hualien. The results showed that Montessori preschool teacher is consistent with the beliefs and practices of developmentally appropriate practices; teacher's major was found to be related to Taiwanese Montessori teachers' beliefs and years of experience was found to be related to their practices. Other personal background factors were not significantly different.
