影響離島地區居民，使用美食外送平台服務意願之關鍵因素探討

The Key Factors Affecting the Residents’Willingness to Use Food Delivery Platforms in Outlying Islands

隨著時代的改變，使得國人的生活步調加快，外送產業因而逐漸興起，各家小吃店、商店街、高級餐廳、速食店等都推出外送服務，不論是線上訂餐、電話訂餐、APP訂餐服務等，都十分便利。然而位於離島的金門遲自2019年底才開始有外送平台廠商進駐提供服務，本研究探討離島地區居民使用外送平台的關鍵因素，首先藉由文獻探討，彙整出使用外送平台的因素包含5項主準則與18項次準則。再利用修正式德菲法(MDM)得出專家修正的準則，並以決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL)進行分析，探討各因素之間的準則數據與使用因素，藉由因果關係圖了解各項準則之間的關聯性與相互關係。經由以上分析結果發現，離島居民在使用外送平台時，在整體的主準則中所考量的關鍵因素為合作商家，並且以合作商家的食品品質為主。

With the change of the times, the pace of life of Chinese people has accelerated, and the delivery industry has gradually emerged. Various snack bars, shopping streets, high-end restaurants, fast food restaurants, etc. have launched delivery services, whether it is online ordering, telephone ordering, APP. Ordering services, etc. are very convenient. This study explores the key factors for residents of outlying islands to use delivery platforms. First, through literature research, the factors for using delivery platforms include 5 main criteria and 18 sub-criteria. Then use the modified Delphi method (MDM) to obtain the expert's revised criteria, and analyze it with the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory method (DEMATEL) to explore the criterion data and use factors among various factors, and understand the various factors through the causal relationship diagram. Through the above analysis results, it is found that when residents of outlying islands use the delivery platform, the key factor considered in the overall main criterion is the cooperative merchant, and the food quality of the cooperative merchant is the main factor.
