銀髮族健康產業管理之研究

根據行政院經濟建設委員會103年「中華民國人口推計(103至150年)」案，65歲以上老年人口占總人口比率將由103年之12.0%，增加為150年之41.0%。其中，80歲以上人口占老年人口之比率，隨著國人平均壽命的延長，我國在82年65歲以上人口占總人口比率即超過7%成為高齡化(ageing)社會。近年來健康產業蓬勃發展，因此芳香療法越來越被重視，消費者也更需求尋找紓壓之方式，透過芳香精油嗅吸，經絡觸撫按摩皮膚滲透入人體內發揮療效，運用植物萃取之精油以達到預防或治療提升人體免疫力，維護人體健康的一種自然療法與輔助療法。搭配使用劑量使用部位與手法用於治療許多生理狀態同時影響心智及情緒以獲得身心靈之整合性療效。然而消費者體驗到不只物質本身，更尋求身心體驗心靈釋放壓力，而經營者在經營型態多角化之下，透過健康產業的策略與行銷管理必須聚焦為顧客創造價值，以便能滿足顧客需求，同時提升企業永續經營的機會。使用芳香精油法、經絡觸撫法、釋壓繣繪法進行研究，經由文獻和直接觀察探討中健康管理關鍵因素。透過訪談在地參與療癒的銀髮族，進行訪談法之半結構式訪談進行研究。

As a result, aroma therapy has been paid more and more attention. Consumers are also looking for ways to relieve stress. Through the smell of aromatic essential oils, the meridian touch and massage the skin penetrates into the human body to exert its effect, and the use of essential oils extracted from plants In order to achieve prevention or treatment, enhance human immunity, and maintain human health, a natural therapy and auxiliary therapy. The combined use of dosage, location and technique is used to treat many physiological conditions and affect the mind and emotions to obtain an integrated curative effect of body, mind and soul.However, consumers are not only experiencing the material itself, but also seeking physical and mental experience to relieve stress. Under the diversification of business types, operators must focus on creating value for customers through strategies and marketing management in the health industry in order to meet customer needs. At the same time, it will enhance the opportunities for sustainable business operations.Use aromatic essential oil method, meridian touch method, and pressure relief method to conduct research, and discuss key factors of health management through literature and direct observation. Through interviews with silver-haired people who participate in art healing in the area, a semi-structured interview of the interview method is conducted for research.
