銀髮族與不同年齡層攝影愛好者之深度休閒、心流體驗與生活滿意度之差異

Comparison of Serious Leisure, Flow Experience and Life Satisfaction among Elder and Non-elder Photography Enthusiast Groups

本研究旨在比較銀髮族與不同年齡層攝影愛好者在攝影行為、深度休閒、心流體驗及生活滿意度是否有差異。首先，本研究應用深度休閒、心流體驗與生活滿意度等理論設計問卷，以攝影愛好者為研究對象並蒐集了308份有效問卷。接著，本研究將受訪者區分為青少年（29歲以下者有48人）、中壯年（30-49歲者有145人）及銀髮族（50歲以上者有115人）等三個年齡層。統計分析顯示，銀髮族接觸攝影的時間、頻率都高於其他年齡層，更常與攝影社群內的團員互動。此外，銀髮族攝影愛好者在深度休閒、心流體驗及生活滿意度的感受都明顯優於青少年及中壯年，但中壯年及青少年兩個族群之間則無明顯差異。最後，本研究建議政府相關單位可以針對攝影地點強化對銀髮族友善之相關公共設施及辦理攝影活動，俾利提升我國銀髮族攝影休閒活動之風氣。

The purpose of this study is to compare the serious leisure, flow experience, and life satisfaction among different ages of photography enthusiast. Firstly, theory of serious leisure, flow experience, and life satisfaction are applied to design a questionnaire. Then 308 valid questionnaires are collected from photography enthusiast. The interviewees are categorized into three groups: 48 persons of adolescence group (under 29 years old), 145 persons of middle age group (30-49 years old) and 115 persons of elder people group (over 50 years old). The statistical results show that elder people group have devoted themselves in photograph activity for a long time and the frequency of their photograph activity is higher than the other two groups. The elders are also gladder to share feelings of photograph with others. Besides, the feelings of elder photography enthusiast in serious leisure, flow experience, and life satisfaction are better than the other two groups. However, there is no difference between middle age and adolescence photography enthusiast. Finally, we suggest the government could focus on building elder-friendly infrastructures in scenic spots and holding more photography campaigns to encourage the elder people engaging in photography activities.
