For a long time, the regional and local economic benefits presented by the tourism and leisure industry have been very huge. Moreover, its rapid development has considerable influence on the accumulation of overall economic energy. Wufeng Township, Hsinchu County, is the most important gateway to the Guanwu Forest Recreation Area. Its original natural forests, and the beautiful sunrise and mist landscape attract nearly thousands of tourists every year, and it has become an important tourist attraction. In this area, the climbing routes of Dabajian Mountain, Guanwu Recreation Area, Qingquan Scenic Area, and the aboriginal tribes of Wufeng Township have been connected and developed into a very diverse tourist and recreational axis.This study takes the tourism and leisure industry of the aborigines in Wufeng Township, Hsinchu County as an example. Through the perspective of cultural tourism and experience, discuss how individual cases use indigenous culture as an element to create a distinctive local tourism and recreation industry to satisfy people’s curiosity in seeking serenity and adventure, as well as their yearning for natural life. In addition, this study will also analyze the current situation and difficulties of the tourism and leisure industry development in this case, hoping to propose corresponding strategies for the development of cultural tourism experience in the case after the epidemic has eased.Through literature review and interview data collation, this research analyzes the cultural identity related to cultural experience, heritage experience, religious festivals, food experience, literary and artistic experience, etc., and explores the importance of cultural experience to the development of the tourism and leisure industry. At the end of the article, it analyzes the strategy of applying cultural experience to the development of the tourism and leisure industry, and provides some suggestions from related units. It is hoped that the aboriginal tourism and leisure industry can move towards the goal of sustainable operation in the future. |
