臺灣助人專業督導關係的研究主題與方法之初探分析

A Review Study of Helping Profession Supervisory Relationship Research in Taiwan

本研究主要採取描述性統計方法針對截至2019年為止的臺灣助人專業督導關係的研究主題與方法進行初探分析，研究者在《臺灣博碩士論文系統》與《臺灣期刊論文索引系統》以「督導關係」為關鍵字進行資料搜尋，計有1筆博士論文、11筆碩士論文及10筆期刊論文，共22筆資料符合本研究分析目的。研究結果：(1)研究主題部分：諮商輔導領域的研究文獻較多，社會工作領域次之、研究對象以受督者為最多、研究對象所處場域以社區較多、研究主題以探究督導雙方對督導關係的知覺為主；(2)研究方法部分：質性研究多於量化研究、質性研究以發現取向為主、量化研究以調查研究為多。最後，本文依據研究結果做進一步的討論與建議，以作為未來督導關係實務和研究的參考。

The purpose of this study was to provide a review of helping profession supervisory relationship research until 2019 in Taiwan. The study was focus on the topics and methodology of these research papers, analyzed in description statistical method. The key word of supervisory relationship were used to conduct the search in the“National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan”and“PerioPath Index to Taiwan Periodical Literature System.”A total number of 22 research papers were selected and analyzed, including of 1 doctoral dissertations, 11 master theses, and 10 journal articles. The results indicated that the research papers were most in counseling and guidance field, second was social work field. The most frequent participants in these researches were supervisees. Most of participants were in the field of community. Research topics focused mostly on perception for supervisory relationship between supervisors and supervisees. The most popular research method applied in these helping profession supervisory relationship research papers was qualitative research. According to these findings, detailed results and suggestions for further research are discussed.
