大學治理決策過程與性質的分析

The Process and Character of Decision Making within University Governance

本研究基於大學發展的全球視野與在地觀點，以及大學組織所具有的特徵為基礎，繼而針對大學教育現場決策過程與機制的實務運作，分析大學治理的決策運作過程與性質。本研究運用文獻與資料分析以達成研究目的。結論指出，1.大學治理的決策與學校發展脈絡及組織內外環境具有密切關連性；2.大學治理是融合認知、行動與價值觀的決策過程與結果；3.大學治理的決策蘊含特色辦學的策略與發展方向：4.大學治理是以解決問題為導向並融合多元特性的決策過程與結果。最後據以提出建議供參與大學治理決策者參考。

"Based on the contextual analysis of global view, local perspective and characteristic of university organization in university development, this study started from the point of process and mechanism of decision making in university’s reality. And then, this study explored the mechanism process and character of decision making within university governance. The literature review and document analysis were the research methods for achieving research purpose. The conclusions were as following: 1. The decision making of university governance, university’s development context and external and internal organization environment are closely connecting; 2. University governance is decision making’s process and result of merging cognition, action and value; 3. The decision making possesses strategies and development direction of feature school management; 4. The decision making of university governance is process and result of solving problems orientation and also merging multi character. Finally, according to conclusions, this study provided suggestions for decision makers’ reference within university governance. "
