道家虛心見真的現代實踐：以公共衛生護理研究「心理健康」為例

Modern Practices of Taoism’s Mental Fasting: Take Public Health Nursing Research“Mental Health”as an Example

本旨在探究老莊思維在當代人類世界中被實踐之可能，更進一步與現代公共衛生護理「健康促進」中的心理健康相互結合，讓學問達到通經致用。基於此，全文共分兩項展開，分為：「道家虛心見真的操作步驟」及「道家虛心見真的具體實踐」。首先，扼要勾勒虛心見真之道的理論基礎及操作步驟，後者的具體實踐上，運用案例分析層層拆解如何透過老莊哲理洞見自身困境癥結，並疏通堵塞重返暢達。最終得出道家淑世精神式會談，其獨特處在於老莊玄智通形而上下，可以超越一般社會科學心理治療在心知思維及意識活動的有限處理方式，為個案啟動身體自我療癒機制，帶來深層的轉化，此方法有別於經驗科學的心理學式諮商。本文試圖從老莊經典詮釋脈絡走向社會具體實踐，將兩者一貫相連，實證老莊淑世精神之道。

"The main purpose of this research is to explore whether the Taoist spirit of the world can be practiced in the contemporary human world. Specifically, how it can be combined with mental health in the 'health promotion' of modern public health care. The article is divided into two points: The first point puts forward the theoretical basis and operation steps of Shinsai. The second point uses case analysis to analyze how to understand one's own plight through Lao Zhuang's philosophical insights. This article attempts to shift from Lao Zhuang’s classic interpretation to specific social practice, combining the two to show Lao Zhuang’s meliorism."
