教育部於2019年自國小、國中及高中一年級開始,逐年實施新修訂完成的十二年國民基本教育課程綱要(簡稱2019課綱或108課綱),實施成敗攸關的配套措施十分重要,其中尤以中小學師資培育(包含職前和在職培育兩部份)至為關鍵,師資培育課程之分科教材教法關係更為密切。然分科教材教法在教育領域中屬於跨教育和學科之學術領域,研究人員極為有限,可用教材相當缺乏,現有教材亦有待及時更新,始能呼應108課綱實施之需要。有鑑於此,教育部委由學者專家進行分科教材教法專書之撰寫,期程為2017年4月至2020年3月,如今計畫執行完成,44冊專書陸續出版。本文分析分科教材教法專書撰寫之背景、計畫過程和方法及計畫成果,提出該專書推廣之相關建議,提供各方參考。
英文摘要
"Starting from the first grade of elementary school, junior high school and senior high school in 2019, the Ministry of Education put the newly revised 12-year national basic education curriculum guidelines (referred to as the 2019 curriculum guidelines)into implementation year by year. It is very important to apply supporting measures that are critical to success. Among them, the training of teachers in primary and secondary schools (including pre-employment and on-the-job training) is more critical. It is necessary to edit special books of subject-specific teaching materials and teaching methods for teacher training purposes to meet the needs of realizing 2019 curriculum guidelines. In view of this, the Ministry of Education invites experts and scholars to implement this book writing plans. The period is from April 2017 to March 2020. Now the operation of the plan has been completed. This article analyzes its background, writing process, methods and results, and put forward relevant recommendations for the promotion of the books for reference by all parties."
