"In recent years, Taiwanese legislators have introduced risk management mechanisms, principle of prevention, source management systems, early warning measures, and many other food regulatory systems from Europe and the United States into Taiwan’s legal system. However, there are still many things that are worthy of Taiwan’s reference to fail to enter the law. It is a pity. In this paper, several European and American legislations in relation to food safety are proposed to be worthy of Taiwan’s borrowing. I hope that the legislators will try their best to make up for the next time, so that the people can enjoy the same institutional protection as Europe and the United States, so that Taiwan can get rid of food safety incidents." |
