2025年超高齡時代即將來臨,銀髮族追求更好的生活品質與美麗的人生,是每個人努力的目標,透過日常美容保養方式是保持青春美麗的最佳利器。因此,本文從銀髮族婦女的角度分析持續參與美容服務的內心感受,運用質性研究之深度訪談法,對三位惠詩美容中心的銀髮族長期顧客進行深度訪談,探討銀髮族持續參與美容服務之因素、學習動機、情緒表現、生活滿意度、及幸福感情形。研究結果:(1)銀髮族持續參與美容服務之因素為美麗健康;(2)銀髮族持續美容學習之動機是為添加活力與自信進而促進社交生活;(3)銀髮族持續參與美容服務時常保持正向情緒;(4)銀髮族持續參與美容服務對整體生活滿意的主觀感受是正向;(5)銀髮族持續參與美容服務因美麗幸福感油然而生。研究結果將提供美容服務業者精進服務品質及提昇銀髮族參與美容服務之強烈動機。
英文摘要
"The Super-aged era is approaching by the year of 2025. To pursue a better quality of lifestyle and a beautiful life is an ultimate goal for seniors. The best ways to maintain youth and beauty is through routine SPA services. Therefore, this article analyzes the emotional impact for those who continuously participate in beauty services from the perspective of the SPA recipients. This article uses the in-depth interview method of qualitative research to interview three senior women to better understand the motivation, emotional performance, life satisfaction and well-being of senior women participating routine SPA treatment. The research results show that: (1) the main reason for senior women to continuously participate in SPA services is for beauty and health; (2) the main motivation of senior women participating in routine SPA services is to enhance vitality, building confidence, and promote social interaction; (3) emotional performance shows that senior women participating in routine SPA services often have positive emotions; (4) senior women who routinely participate in beauty services show an overall positive feeling towards Whole Life satisfaction; (5) senior women participating in SPA services have a high sense of well-being from feeling beautiful. It is anticipated that the above results can be used to encourage beauty service providers to improve service quality and motivate seniors to participate SPA service."
