This study mainly intended to explore the effect of volunteers' social support, job values and participation motivation on job satisfaction, and adopted personality traits as a manipulating variable to explore the effect on participation motivation and job satisfaction. This study employed questionnaire survey method to collect data, and obtained 347 valid copies, and carried out data analysis by using the structural equation modeling (SEM). Research results discovered: volunteers' social support and job values possessed positive effect on participation motivation, volunteers' job values and participation motivation had positive effect on job satisfaction, and volunteers' job values would affect job satisfaction by means of the mediation effect of participation motivation. On the other hand, we discovered that personality traits possessed manipulating effectiveness on the correlation between volunteers' participation motivation and job satisfaction; moreover, the manipulating effectiveness of internal locus of control personality traits is better than external locus of control personality traits. |
