運用Amazon Comprehend情感分析導入讀解課程教學之探討──以詩教材為例（Using Amazon Comprehend Sentiment Analysis to Teach Reading Lesson: An Example of Poetry Teaching）

隨著科技的進步，人們所產生的資料也日益遽增，這促使人工智慧與大數據分析的興起與成功。而其中自然語言的處理工具在這幾年內技術越臻成熟。在學術層面上已有許多相關的研究印證，然而在教育領域之應用卻少有相關研究。本研究針對讀解課程提出應用自然語言的處理工具輔助文學教學之教學模式，透過情感分析工具Amazon Comprehend實際導入日文詩詞教學上，進行教學實驗。考察結果得知，透過導入情感分析工具Amazon Comprehend，可將文本中的情緒用詞加以量化，快速而準確地提取文本中的情感。同時藉由數據的可視化讓資訊生動活潑幫助學習者更容易消化吸收和記憶提升學習效率。由於詩詞以描寫人的情感為主，在傳統教學模式上教師必須花費大量時間在於解釋語詞。本研究成果對於目前教學現場之問題提供一解決策略，同時提供未來欲嘗試創新教學之教師一參考教學模式。
With the advancement of technology, the amount of data generated by people is increasing, which has led to the rise and success of artificial intelligence and big data analysis. Natural language processing tools have become more and more mature in the past few years. Many studies have been conducted at the academic level, but few studies have been conducted in the field of education. In this study, we propose a teaching model of using natural language processing tools to assist literature teaching in a reading course, and conduct a teaching experiment by using Amazon Comprehend, a sentiment analysis tool, to teach Japanese poetry. The results of the study showed that by introducing the sentiment analysis tool Amazon Comprehend, the sentiment in the text can be extracted quickly and accurately by quantifying the emotional words in the text. The visualization of the data makes the information vivid and helps learners to digest, absorb and remember the information more easily and enhance learning efficiency. Since poetry is mainly about human emotions, teachers have to spend a lot of time on explaining words in the traditional teaching mode. This study provides a strategy to solve the current problem in the teaching field and a reference teaching model for future teachers who wish to try innovative teaching.

近年、自然言語処理といったAI 技術の急速な発達により、検索‧翻訳‧自動応答‧校正などさまざまな分野での実用化が進んでいる。そして、文学の領域でもテキストマイニングを適用した先駆的な研究が現れて、テキストの特徴や傾向の把握においてその有効性が確認された。また、文学領域における研究の面にとどまらず、教育の面でも応用され始めている。本研究では、学習支援における自然言語処理技術の有用性という先行研究の研究結果に着目し、授業では扱いにくいとされる詩教材を例として考察してきた。具体的には3つの手法を提案し、それぞれの有効性を検討した。その結果、自然言語処理技術の可視化資料を活用することによって、学習者が苦手だと感じていた詩の内容把握がよりよくできるようになることが確認された。
