高級日語會話班的繪本活用──以推廣班的成人教育為中心（Using Picture Books for Adults in Advanced Japanese Language Courses）

日本語上級会話クラスにおける絵本活用の一試み──推廣部の成人教育を中心に

本論文探討大學推廣部上班族社會人士的高級日語課程中，為了提供學員互動話題，使用日語繪本為教材，並檢證學習效果。筆者使用謝爾登‧艾倫‧希爾弗斯坦之著作《失落的一角》為本次實踐研究之教材。事後採集學習者的感想及訪談資料，藉由KJ法分析其結果，檢證適切性。結果得知其繪本內容對學員能產生「引發回顧人生」、「內容解析」、「說服能力」、「繪本的刺激」之效果；同時繪本對於會話使用上具有「內容面」、「繪畫面」、「生動表現」、「互動性」、「促進省思」諸層次的效果。藉由教師引導，顯示繪本當做JFL的會話教材的可行性。
This thesis investigates the effect of using picture books as teaching material in advanced Japanese language courses offered to adults in continuing education programs at universities. The author uses Shel Silverstein's book The Missing Piece. Learners' reflections and questionnaire results are analyzed using the KJ Method. The findings are as follows: the impact of picture books on (1) language learning (content recall, content analysis, persuasion skills, and the influence of picture books); on (2) the learners' sensitivities (content feedback, performance, and content response). Results show that the new way of Japanese learning has an impact on the expression of personal values.

本論文は勤め帰りの大学推廣部の社会人日本語上級クラスにおいて、インターアクションのネタとして絵本を教材に活用し、その効果を検証するものである。シルヴァスタインの『ぼくを探しに』を使い、実践を行った。学習者の感想文とインタビュー資料をデータにKJ 法で分析をした。その結果、絵本が引き出したものとして「人生の振り返り」、「内容への解釈」、「説得力のスキル」、「絵本からのインパクト」の諸項目が挙げられた。そして、さらに会話に役立つ機能として「内容がもたらしたもの」、「絵がもたらしたもの」、「いきいきした表現」、「インターアクション」、「自分への振り返りを促す」といった諸項目が確認できた。絵本が指導方法によってJFL の会話教材になる一面が示された。
