From Diaspora to Cosmopolitan: Tamura Toshiko's Days in Japan, North America and China

至目前為止，日本女作家田村俊子以及其作品從未能從〈新女性／舊女性〉這樣的二元對立構造舊巢窠中跳出。直到八○年代女性主義以及性別主義研究開始流行，田村俊子研究才有新的視點以及重新評價的契機。本稿目的不只有器途解構原來的田村俊子形象，更希望透過新視點重新構築新的田村俊子形象，以便重新省視田村俊子的生涯，研究動向以及今後的研究課題。

The woman writer Tamura Toshiko who had been improperly treated as a writer until feminism study and gender study revalued her as a feminist writer in 1980s. However, Tamura's stereotyped pictue--a lonely woman wondered in floating world--was constructed through Setouchi Harumi's biographical novel Tamura Toshiko, which was published in 1961 and won the first Tamura Toshiko Prize.Not only re-constructed Tamura's picture, This paper also reexamines both how the feminism studies influenced on the study on Tamura Toshiko and how the scholars in Japanese woman literature try to shed light on Tamura Toshiko as a feminist.
