"原發性子宮內膜鱗狀上皮癌 （Primary endometrial squamous cell carcinoma, PESCC） 非 常少見，據文獻統計盛行率大約 0.1%。症狀與常見子宮內膜癌的症狀相似，多以停 經後出血、下腹疼痛、體重減輕作表現，但預後則表現較差。以下將針對本院的一 個個案，檢視其症狀表現及診斷過程，後續進行相關文獻的回顧及討論。"

Primary endometrial squamous cell carcinoma is a rare disease, according to the research, prevalence is 0.1%. Associated symptoms are same as endometrial cancner, including postmenopausal bleeding, lower abdominal pain and body weight loss, however the prognosis is worse. We presented a patient diagnosed as primary endometrial squamous cell carcinoma and received further treatment at our hospital, and reviewed associated literature and research.
