在台灣子宮內膜癌的病患每年逐漸上升，其中15% 是生育年齡婦女，保留生育能力 越來越重要。生育保留治療只針對非常早期未有危險因子的子宮內膜癌病患才能使 用，且以高劑量的黃體素進行治療。

The number of newly diagnosed endometrial cancer has been rising every yearin Taiwan, of which 15% are women in reproductive age. Fertility sparing treatment is only reserved for very early stage cancer with no risk factors and consists of high dose progesterone.
