"美國食品和藥物管理局 （FDA） 2003 批准了 30 歲及 30 歲以上女性的常規子宮頸癌篩檢， 可使用子宮頸抹片（Pap smear） 和人類乳頭瘤 病毒 （HPV） 共同測試 （co-test）。這也是美國 婦產科學會 （American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists），美國癌症協會 （American Cancer Society），美國陰道鏡和子宮頸病理 學 （American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, ASCCP） and 美國臨床病理學 會 （American Society for Clinical Pathology） 的 指南。2020 年，美國癌症協會更新了有子宮 頸的女性其子宮頸癌篩檢的指南如下 : 1. 25 歲 ～65 歲每 5 年做 HPV test 或 pap-HPV 共同測試；或每 3 年接受 pap smear。 2. 65 歲且在過去的 25 年中無 CIN2 以上病 變，並且在過去 10 年中有常規的篩檢為陰 性，則可停止所有子宮頸癌篩檢。 3.HPV 和 / 或 Pap smear 篩查陽性者的追蹤 應符合 2019 年 ASCCP 的指南。"

Endometriosis is a benign disease that affects women health worldwide. The prevalence of endometriosis is around 8.9% in Taiwan, where only 40% has pathology prove. Endometriosis can cause dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, menorrhagia, deep dyspareunia, and even infertility. Evidence have shown endometriosis is a disease stimulate by excessive estrogen. If occur- -red endometriomas, or even adenomyosis, then sometimes surgical treatment is inevitable to improve patient's symptoms. However, the recurrence rate is high if only surgical treatment is given to the patient, so long-term treatment should be considered to all patient. To date, we have oral contraceptives, progestins, and GnRH agonists as the medical treatment option for endometriosis. Surgical treatment of laparotomy, laparoscopic, or robotic surgeries can be provided to the patients. A cocktail therapy includes all treatment choice is recommended to all patient, seek for the individual need and give the most proper ''tailored'' treatment.
