中國大陸地區口腔醫師執業現狀與法律風險防範初探

The Analysis of the Practice Status and Legal Risk Prevention of Doctors Practising on Stomatology in Mainland China

中國大陸地區對口腔類別醫師的執業管理尚缺乏深入的研究，該現狀與口腔醫師實際承擔的作用並不相稱，更不利於其合法權益的保護。本文以大陸地區口腔醫師的執業現狀為視角，通過對口腔醫師診療行為的特點分析，對相關執業立法、院校教育以及行業組織管理現狀加以探析，列舉口腔醫師在實際執業中可能遇到的各類法律風險。最後從立法的完善、口腔醫學教育的銜接以及醫療機構自身的規範三個層面，對大陸地區口腔醫師依法執業的保障提出相關建議。

There is still a lack of in-depth study on the practice management of doctors who practise on stomatology in mainland China, which is not commensurate with their contribution and is not conducive to their legitimate rights protection. This article will analyze the treatment characteristics, relevant legislation and college education of the doctors practising on stomatology, enumerate the legal risks they may encounter. The article will also give suggestions on the improvement of legislation, connection of medical education and self-regulation of stomatological hospitals.
