According to the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation, food industry operators should implement self-management and set food safety monitoring programs to ensure food hygiene and safety. In addition to relying on the government to check the food safety inspection, the time and cost of inspection in the general inspection process will cause cost pressure on small and medium-sized food industry. This study adopts policy analysis and experimental method research methods. This research through policy analysis and simultaneous “experimental method” results, it is found that the use of rapid pre-screening method can test and produce credible results in a short period of time, especially the relatively low cost of testing. The “rapid pre-screening, post-checking after” process saves time, saves money and expands the scope of inspections, and is equally accurate. Through this research, it can be proved that “rapid pre-screening, post-checking after” will provide a faster and more cost-effective inspection strategy for food safety. |
