台灣香精產業之推廣及發展──澳洲茶樹、香水樹及土肉桂之繁殖暨香精產業化之推廣

Extension and Propagation of Tea tree, Ylan Ylan and Cinnamon tree

探討淇洲茶樹、香水樹及台灣土肉桂三種香精林木之最佳繁殖方法及繁殖後生長及精油狀況，評估選擇適宜地點，規劃成結合產、銷、休閒、教育一體之觀光休憩之香精農場，開創健康新農業產業之契機。澳洲茶樹繁殖可以種子、杆插及高壓方法進行繁殖。精油量及成分受到日照及樹齡影響。香水樹可採新鮮種子播，露地種植3年生可進入花期，花精油依不同花期其香氣成分不同。台灣土肉桂除實生外多採杆插繁殖'品象不同生長速度迴異。葉精油量通常比水重者含量較多。推廣成效除了於媒體上進行教育推廣之外，並提供縣、自行車道種植行道樹澳洲茶樹及香樹水300棵及原民社區及公營風景區，無償技轉精油萃取技術及成分確認。推廣種植地點及香精意象於縣、旅遊局尋香之旅展覽中呈現。

For extension of aromatic industry and creating new style of farm in Taiwan , more understanding about the propagation ski11s on Tea tree, Ylan Ylan and Cinamomum is necessary﹒We used semi-hardwood cutting and air layering methods to induce rooting successively on Tea tree. The essential oi1 and main components might influence by sun exposition. We observed third years old Ylan-Ylan tree planted at outdoor had start blooming in south-Taiwan. The aroma compounds were found quite different according to flower stages. It is popular by cutting and seedling to propagate Cinnamon tree species. The essential oil of leaves exhibited dramatic different by species. The extensions of this study appeared not only by medium and education but also provide 300 trees of tea tree and Ylan-Ylan to cyc1ing public spaces in Ping Tung county. The oil extraction techniques wi11 provide to whom need it without compensation.
