本研究旨在探討聽覺障礙學生實施聽力評估的結果。本研究以啟聰學校國小部至高職部各部別共124位學生為對象,分析學生在完成三種聽力檢查的結果以及助聽器的使用狀況。本研究的主要發現為:聽障學生配戴助聽器前的聽覺能力和語音辨識力大部分落在重度和極重度,配戴助聽輔具後,二者則落在中度和重度;助聽輔具的選用以個人助聽器為主,其次為電子耳和配戴調頻助聽器;聽障學生的聽覺能力和語音辨識力在未配戴助聽輔具與配戴助聽輔後呈現顯著的不同;配戴助聽助聽輔具後的聽覺能力和語音辨識力有顯示相關;最後彙整助聽輔具出現的問題與不配戴助聽輔具的原因等,提供研究建議作為學校、教師、家長和有興趣的研究做參考。
英文摘要
The purpose of this study was to present the results of hearing evaluation of students with hearing impairment. The participants of this study were 124 students from Primary Division、Junior High Division to Senior High Division of School for the Hearing Impaired. The participants were evaluated by three kinds of hearing audiometry and state of using of hearing aids. The main results were as follow: before using hearing aided, participants' hearing threshold and speech detection threshold were on mostly severe and extremely severely levels, and the two of threshold were on intermediate and severe level after hearing aided. The most wearing hearing aids were Behind the ear, Cochlear implants secondly and FM-wireless amplification. There was a significant difference in hearing threshold and speech detection threshold for hearing unaided and hearing aided, and positive correlation after hearing aided. Finally, suggestions regarding wearing hearing aids or not and further research were made for schools, teachers, parents and researchers.
