The imbalance in regional development has accelerated the imbalance in school development, and the performance of education in urban and rural areas have become increasingly unfair. For this reason, the quality of education and student learning in remote areas deserve more attention and support from the government. This article firstly discusses the common dilemmas and problems in the development of schools in remote areas. Secondly, the ''Act for Education Development of Schools in Remote Areas'' promulgated in December of 2017 was analyzed and illustrated. At the same time, after the implementation of these regulations, we discuss the impact of the identification of schools in remote areas, the application of funds, the stability of teachers, the incentive effect of long-term bonuses and the innovation of teaching. Finally, this article also puts forward four suggestions for the government as a reference for subsequent promotion and application. |
