客家與平地原住民族複合行政區族群關係與認同之研究：以苗栗縣南庄鄉為例

The Research of Ethnic Relations and Identity on “Hakka-Indigenous Combined Districts＂: A Case Study of Nanzhuang Township in Miaoli County

本研究以族群邊界、認同、多元文化、族群關係與社會網絡，以及客原複合行政區等觀點，析探苗栗縣南庄鄉客家與平地原住民族的族群認同與族群關係。本研究透過文獻分析、社會網絡分析，以及深度訪談等方法，檢閱族群認同與政策相關理論，以及苗栗縣南庄鄉族群移墾過程、客家與平地原住民族族群關係等做為政策網絡分析基礎；採取深度訪談法，描述苗栗縣南庄鄉客家與平地原住民族的互動、認同和發展，並透過社會網絡的議題網絡，分析客原複合行政區內族群關係的變遷與因應策略。最後，研究發現包括族群關係由競合邁向多元文化、政府資源的分配對南庄族群關係的影響、原住民族客家化議題三項，並針對政策發展、文化保存、青年返鄉、公私部門與在地互動等觀點，提出相關建議。

This Research analyzes the ethnic identity and ethnic relations of the Hakka and Indigenous in Nanzhuang of Miaoli County in view of the ethnic boundary, identity and multiculturalism. By the analysis of the literatures and social network analysis and interview, we will review the theories of ethnic identity and policy, analysis the policy network based on the ethnic history and the relationship between Hakka and Indigenous in Nanzhuang. We expound the interaction, identity and development between the Hakka and the Indigenous in Nanzhuang through in-depth interviews. We used the issue network of social network, that we will analysis the changes and the strategy of the ethnic relations in the Hakka-Indigenous Combined Districts.
