Departure Time Setting for Domestic Flights

班表之訂定左右航空公司資源有效使用，班次之起飛時間更影響旅客選擇意願，尤其在飛行時間短之國內航線，故為航空公司訂定班表時最重要的工作;但起飛時間之選擇除考慮需求的配合與資源的限制外，亦應配合其它相關之特性，故本文針對國內航線特性，根據已知的航線需求型態，將班次起飛時點選擇問題構建為二元整數規劃模式，而因問題所具有之特性，可進一步採分枝定界法發展求解演算法。

Setting flight departure time is the key activity in allocating airline's resource. Since departure time is one of the important factors concerned in travelers' choice decision, especially in the case of short haul domestic flights. Thus, it is one of the work worthy being studied. Flight departure time, to be appropriate, should take the market demand, limited available resource, and the associated characteristics into account. Given the market demand, a flight departure time model is formulated in this paper as a binary integer programming. Since the flight departure time problem has some good characteristics available, an effecient branch and bound algorithm which can solve the problem without much difficulty is proposed in this paper.
