由於國內經濟活動與車行旅次大幅成長,中山高速公路行車安全問題,日益惡化,雖交通警察職司交通安全維護與交通危害排除,但問題在其執法活動能否抑制高危險駕駛行為,且又能為駕駛人所認同。為了滿足研究需求,乃對高速公路「交通警察」及「駕駛人」進行問卷設計,依分層隨機抽樣及相關分析,對兩者在高速公路行車安全認知土之差異及趨向,加以分析,續以因子分析萃取具共通性之「違規行為」及「執法策略因子J最後以正準相關分析,找出此二群因子間之對應關係,擬定違規行為與執法策略參考表,以供執法實務運作之參考。
英文摘要
Due to the rapid growth of the economic activities and trips in Taiwan, the traffic safety problems on the freeway have become worse in recent years. Although the main mission of traffic police is to maintain traffic safety and eliminate traffic threats, the issues are how to respond with effective enforcement activities , which can really reduce the hazardous driving behaviors and be acceptable to the drivers. Therefore, both drivers and policemen's questionnaires were designed in accordance with the research needs, then a stratified sampling strategies were employed for randomly collecting traffic police and driver's information. Based on the primary data organization, both freeway traffic policemen and driver' s information were selected as the main groups for problem analysis. Firstly, the differences on traffic safety recognition between these two groups were analyzed by ANAOV A and Correlation Analysis. Then, this study will candidate the communality factors for the traffic violation behaviors and the law enforcement strategies through the Multivariate Factor Analysis approach. Finally, we conducted the Canonical Correlation Analysis to find out the relationship between the above two group factors. Based on this finding, severallaw enforcement strategies for each traffic violation behavior table are prepared for assisting enforcement operation and improving enforcement performance.
