In recent years, school leaders have been faced with the impact of various educational innovations and developments, such as emphasizing educational issues such as STEAM education, AI application, maker education and cross-field learning, or in response to the uncertainty of the development of the coronavirus, teaching and learning models huge progress and changes have occurred. The role played by the principal is becoming more and more important, especially in administrative leadership, crisis management and decision-making processes, which must have a new look. This study mainly analyzes the connotation of“Diamond Leadership”theory to further explore the development process of“Diamond Leadership”and its value and application in school management. This article uses purposive sampling method to conduct individual interviews with 12 principals and directors at the education site, from November 26, 2022 to December 14 of the same year, lasting nearly three weeks. The following research results were obtained: first, trust members and allow each member to show their greatest strength; second, use macro-thinking and micro-decision-making to improve personal leadership capabilities; third, cultivate the ability to balance conflicts and crisis management ; Fourth, make good use of resources and make information transparent. |
