In the face of increasingly complex policy issues, the consideration of government governance has moved from traditional bureaucratic norms to network-style new governance collaboration. To achieve maximum efficiency of resource utilization through network governance is regarded as a feasible way in many public policies. However, how the network works requires further exploration. The purpose of this research is to explore the operating mode of the local curriculum and teaching consulting group from the perspective of network governance through document analysis and interview data. The study found that local governments will actually operate the curriculum governance network through constructing platforms officially. At the same time, the actual application model of network governance includes the use of leading organizations to exert network system functions, the use of specific network administrative organizations, and the development of goals through the network of participants. Finally, based on the conclusion, the recommendations are provided for the local governments. |
