The campus crisis has caused the principal to succumb, resulting in a shift in employment, retirement or a negative attitude, which is not conducive to the development of the education scene. Therefore, how to do a good job in school crisis management should be an important issue for the development of the principal’s career. The main purpose of this study is to divide crisis management into three major areas of discussion, including: pre-crisis detection and prevention, crisis response decision-making and post-crisis recovery learning. This study will use these three major axes as principal training and evaluation. The crisis management function test structure was evaluated by the 2019 principal training program. The research results showed that the trainees got the highest score in dealing with the topic of campus safety crisis and in the ability of handling the crisis in the crisis management axes as well. The results also indicated that trainee’s oral expression is the key factor affecting the assessment of the student’s campus crisis management. |
