台灣位處亞熱帶高溫高濕之氣候地區,在永續健康零碳之建築發展趨勢下,室內環境品質為綠建築標章的評估指標之一,以提升室內環境健康性能(IEH)與減碳效益,對健康品質及工作效率有重要影響,室內空氣品質不良問題,大部分為「室內建材」所引起,尤其是空氣中「甲醛」(Formaldehyde)及「揮發性有機化合物」(VOCs),其中「室內甲醛濃度」超過0.1ppm時,可能刺激視覺感官提高眨眼率(Eye Blinking Frequency)產生影響造成身體不適影響工作效率(Weber-Tschopp, et al.,1977; Jacob, etal.,2005)。本研究採用「被動調適型建材」(passive adaption building materials ,PABM)運用「智慧化空氣感測技術」,監控實際環境之「室內甲醛空氣濃度」,以減緩甲醛濃度引起之眨眼率所影響工作效率,研究結果顯示,以被動調適型建材(PABM)作為建材實驗對象,將「智慧化空氣品質感測」運用至「智慧化空氣感測建材逸散污染物現場篩檢技術」 (MEMS Sensor Field Emission Cell Tech., Ms-FECT)測試被動調適型建材對室內甲醛濃度之調適影響,並足尺實驗檢測空間中逸散甲醛之污染源測定,研究成果顯示,運用智慧化空氣感測技術監控被動調適型建材,確實可長時間穩定控制室內甲醛濃度低於誘發眨眼率限值0.1ppm,維持室內健康環境效率,研究建置之「智慧化空氣感測建材逸散污染物現場篩檢技術」,可快速建立建材污染源室內空氣品質地圖,提供新建或整修工程時使用以控制室內空氣污染濃度與來源,提升產業運用與技術發展。

 

英文摘要

Taiwan is located in the tropical circle. Under the trend of zero-carbon buildings, the interior environmental quality has been one of the factors of green building mark assessment. It will make a big progress if we can improve IEH and the efficiency of reducing carbon footprint. Most of the time, the indoor air quality will be affected by interior building materials, especially for Formaldehyde and VOCs. When the gas concentration of Formaldehyde is over 0.1ppm, it might stimulate your eyes, enhance the eye blinking frequency and cause physical discomfort to affect efficiency of work(Weber-Tschopp, et al.,1977; Jacob, etal.,2005). This study used “passive adaption building materials, PABM” and “smart air sensing technology” to monitor the real-time gas concentration of Formaldehyde, it would like to ease the eye blinking frequency which was caused by Formaldehyde. This study shows that if we take the PABM as the test subject, and apply the “smart air sensing technology” on “MEMS Sensor Field Emission Cell Tech., MS-FECT” to test the adapted building materials. It could tell us the result of contaminant source of Formaldehyde indoor. This study shows, using the “smart air sensing technology” to monitor PABM could indeed control the interior Formaldehyde under 0.1ppm and maintain the effectiveness of the healthy indoor environment. This study also created the “MEMS Sensor Field Emission Cell Tech., MS-FECT” which could draw the map of air pollution of interior building materials. It could be provided to control the gas concentration and source of indoor air pollution when we are planning to build or remodel a building, and to improve the industrial usage and technology development.
