澳門醫療事故法之醫療侵權分析

An Analysis of Torts in Medical Care and the Macau Medical Malpractice Law

本文從澳門醫療事故法立法的概述、歷史影響及討論要點開始進行分析，並且對澳門醫療侵權的處理，侵權責任的探討及醫院與病人的關係進行分析，來試論澳門醫療事故法的改進空間。

This paper begins with an overview of Macau Medical Malpractice Law. From the perspectives of tort liability in medical care and relationships between hospitals and patients, it argued that the existing Macau Medical Malpractice Law does not meet the practical needs of the malpractice settlements, and that improvements should be made to better protect patients’ interests.
