The main purpose of this study is to demonstrate the process for student-centered coaching on teacher professional development. Empirical studies of professional development coaching abroad has proved to be an effective method to promote professional development. Further, student-centered coaching is turning to be the core concept of a new generation of coaching. The researcher provides the meaning and purpose for student-centered coaching, the procedure and methods of its implementation on education. According to the findings, the researcher suggests the strategies to promote the new generation of coaching for teacher professional development.
