The purpose of the study is to explore the junior high school administrative teachers' professional growth on administration. This study employed interview. Data were collected from three directors and three chiefs with interview. The findings show as follows: multiple facets of administrative work, necessity for administrative professional growth, diverse ways to administrative professional growth, available time-saving oriented administrative professional growth, professional growth promoting teachers' abilities and school efficacy, some factors to retarding professional growth. According to the findings, some suggestions were provided to educational authority, school principals and teachers, and future researchers. |
